Does anyone have a small business that has a net profit of 250k?

Shemeka Laker: First off, by admission, the number is no longer 250K. Second, you must not have a small business because if you did, you would understand the term Sub-S. Then you might also understand the term "phantom income". This is what you report at the end of the year as income for tax purposes that unfortunately, ain't in the old corporate check book at year end. Then you have to go drain "working capital" what is in the old checkbook in order to full fill your tax obligation and write a check to pay the tax differential. 250K ain't all that much and after BO gets done, the inflation coming will make it look 250K look like a laugh and a half....Show more

Mack Ukich: You should add that the small business in question needs to be an S-corporation, LLC or partnership with only one shareholder or owner. It can't be a C-corporation, and the profits can't be divided among more than one owner in a way that reduces individual owner's shares of income below $250! ,000/year.That makes it even LESS likely that the "small" business will be "small."...Show more

Dewey Heersink: I AM NOT THERE YET , BUT A VERY GOOD YEAR COULD PUT ME IN THAT BRACKET --------OR WITH THE ANTI-CHRIST OBAMA IN I MIGHT GO DOWN

Oscar Waddups: I do and I want to have one next year! McCain/Palin to keep small businesses open to create jobs and make money!!
