If you shut off "record suggestions".. it will just stop recording new suggestions, will not delete the ones it already recorded.I recently switched to using the dvr my cable provider supplies ... man I miss my TIVO, the lame cable version doesn't compare. The record suggestions feature is one of the things I missed most - it gave some good suggestions, but also odd ones at times, it used to record spanish soap operas and religious programs for me which always made me laugh since I do not even speak spanish and am not particularly religious. I was always curious what it was about my viewing habits that made TIVO think I was a a Catholic Latina!...Show more
