Tom Romer: What you are talking about is credit card fraud. You fund your gambling account, lose your money, then try to retract the payment. In America this is all but impossible since most credit cards won't even allow online gambling transactions.You are going to have a hard time retracting a payment. Once the money has left your account, you are liable for it. So you have to convince your credit card company to give you the money back. If they are willing to do that, it will not affect your credit. Of course, if they think you are scamming them, which is basically what you are suggesting, then sure it could affect your credit.
