is minute maid calcium + d vegan?

Adan Stribble: Actually, the above answer is not true. many orange juices with calcium added use calcium derived from cow's milk, so it's not vegan. If you still can't find an ingredient and are skeptical, call the company and ask.

Arleen Bussing: If it's a fruit juice, yes. If it's anything with egg or milk, no. The way they add in calcium and vitamin D is by isolating those individual compounds. Thus, there is no sign of meat, egg, milk, or other non-vegan products when they add the calcium and vitamin D into anything. Thus, if the product with the calcium and vitamin D is vegan without the calcium and vitamins, then it should be vegan with those compounds.
