Gregg Hagge: Any plastic models (Cars, Boats, Planes) can be bought at any Hobby store (Hobbytown, Hobby Lobby, etc), Michaels crafts have some models, but not a large selection. Wooden boat kits can be bought on line (Model Expo, etc) and some hobby shops do carry them also. If into trains-again let your fingers do the walking-look in the phone book, or magazines like Model Railroader. They have in the back, listings for dealers and stores. Painting-again hobby shops, craft stores. If into RC (any catagory) and reputable Hobby shop is your best bet. Avoid on-line if possible. Don't know what you are getting-could be junk or hard to get parts for. Hobby shops are your best bet for all the above.
